If I have the x-t graph of a forced oscillation, how do I convert it to an amplitude-frequency graph?

PASCO Capstone's FFT (or Fast Fourier Transform) Display analyzes data to show amplitude vs frequency. You can see the FFT Display demonstrated in this video at [4:32} and you can learn more about it here in PASCO Capstone Help: help.pasco.com/capstone/how-do-i/display-and-analyze-data/fft-display/.

@@pascoscientific but how can I find the amplitude of my position-time graph? In the X axis I get the frequency, for the Y axis I only get position, velocity and acceleration which are from the motion sensor, I don't get the amplitude. Should I type a formula for the amplitude? Adjusting my graph I get: x_{(t)}=-0.01e^{-0.01t}\sin (14.02t-2.76)+0.23

You might try using the PASCO Capstone Calculator's "amplitude" function to create a new data set which picks off the peaks of your position-time data, as demonstrated in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYnSd3-Noq2YeJI

I have a question. I cannot modify the frequency in the signal generator interface, how do I do it?

As long as you have a periodic Waveform selected and the Sweep Type set to Off, you should see a Frequency field that allows you to set the desired output frequency directly by typing or using the field's up and down arrows. For a demonstration, please see kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHO3gJagfthnbNE.
