Why train with any other weapon? You will never called upon to use them, (short of an actual zombie apocalypse...) but the cane can be taken anywhere, airplanes, courthouses, police stations, etc. Try doing that with a sword or nunchaku! Thanks for your lesson. I look forward to your cane Vids!

When you limit yourself you don't learn as much and just because you can take a cane to most places doesn't mean at some point that they won't be restricted or outlawed if everybody starts carrying a cane around law enforcement is going to catch on

The Cane is protected by ADA and HiPA. But, never underestimate the audacity of lawmakers.

Also I wanted to say it is good that you don't only recommend those expensive canes like some KZbin channels. Some recommend metal or wood canes with all sorts of cut outs and groves that I doubt would ever be allowed through TSA. For that price and limited use you might as well buy something other than a cane.
