Pass and cut 15.12.09

Kate Leora and Ash run pass and cut drill. TOP work girls!!!!!
The basic rules the three girls had to follow were these.
1. After passing each player must immediately cut to a new position.
2. Player passing the ball must never follow the ball ie must cut to a new position AWAY from the ball.
This drill forms the fundamental basics for a "motion offence". Which consists of both ball and player movement.
This movement will very quickly open up easy scoring opportunities due to the fact the defense will struggle to keep up.
