I tried to PASS MYSELF OFF AS A NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER in front of the audience but I soon realized my speech couldn't appeal them coz most of them were PASSING OUT while I was speaking

Could the verb "pass" be used in this example? " A speedy car passed the motorcycle" . If it is correct, what would be the phrasal verb wich could be used instead of pass? Wich one would be less formal? Thanks for the video!

So many meanings as for such a small word. Pass like give, pass like be successful, pass like skip, pass like declare. And it's only a verb. O MY GOSH.
