Thanks for sharing! I signed up through the NNA. I took my course and exam immediately following. We were given no in-between time to study. I got my results today and I failed. I was hopeful but did not really feel good about it. I'm a really good test taker, but the information is overwhelming, and I knew early on in the course that it would be challenging for me. I wish I had known there were other courses that allow for the test to be on a different day. But I am now studying to retake the test and pass!

Don't feel bad, I have been a notary for over 20 years and decided to take a course through NNA versus an on line course just because I had extra time on my hand, I failed too. I sat there for 8 hours hearing the instructor talk about her personal stories as a notary all day long, it had nothing to do with the questions asked in the test. It is always better to go with a smaller company because they really hit the main bullet points of the test.

You should be able to edit it or ask the owner of the course to change it. Just make sure your name on the certificate matches your name on your ID.
