Question 11 where the borrower is asking about the APR reminds me of the question where the borrower is asking specifics regarding their interest rate .... So the answer to both questions should be to NOT give any information regarding their loan.

Disclaimer!! I just scheduled my exam as a first time Notary & in the state of California it’s a proctored test, requiring #2 pencils it will not be online and you will need to know your material. Only perk is that there’s a 70% for the pass rate instead of 80% but still. Do not watch this and think it applies to all tests! Be prepared.

Hi Love ! I think there’s a bit of confusion. This exam is the NNA exam to become a notary signing agent. This is the exam you take after becoming a notary public. The exam you’re talking about is the California notary public exam. I do have a video on how to pass that exam. It’s my most viewed video and people tell me all the time my tips helped them pass. Check it out !

Hello, first of all I want to say THANK YOU for sharing you knowledge and advise about this notary journey. I took my exam on 3/11/23 and I found out I passed today! I also went and got my fingerprints done and submitted for the background check today. Do I have to wait until I’m fully commissioned by the SOS to do the NNA signing agent exam?

Congratulations on passing your exam 🤍 you don’t have to wait to take the NNA exam but I would recommend waiting for the NNA background check and taking the NNA exam until you’re ready to work until receiving your commission. Due to you having to take both every year. You want to wait it out as long as you can so you have longer time for next year. If this makes sense.
