How reflective is the NSCA Practice Exam of the actual exam? I'm assuming it should be an accurate depiction of the scope and difficulty of the exam but how did you find it?

The NSCA practice exam is definitely the most exam-like questions that you can find. The way the questions are worded, as well as including picture and video questions is the same format on the exam! I will say, the difficulty on the exam itself was slightly higher. However the NSCA practice bundle gives you the best idea of how prepared you are with the concepts/main points that the exam will focus on! Hope this helps!

Very helpful video! I sit for my exam in a couple weeks. How much of the program design section would you say is dedicated to specific design of a sprinting/COD, agility programming? One area where I feel I’ve struggled. I’ve taken the practice section and speed/agility training does not have a significant role on those questions. Is the exam similar?

Glad you enjoyed the video! I would say there are a relatively small percentage of questions on sprint/agility relative to other topics. However, the questions are challenging so you should know your stuff! Focus on proper form during sprinting/agility tasks, and practice picking out details in pictures/videos!
