Причем здесь великое произведение ГФ Генделя?! Халворсен взял за основу одну строчку Пассакалии и начал гонять вариации на тему вперед-назад, примазался к великому имени, и прославился таким образом.

@@e2eMs Yes I sort of rediscovered it this year. Heard it many times in the past. I've been trying to transcribe it for sax quartet which is challenging because it exceeds the ranges of saxophones :)

Yeah, that's very difficult to achieve. I hope you are able to succeed. I have the sheet music for this version in this channel you can use it as reference if you'd like but it's for piano so I don't really think it'll help much. Anyways I hope you have a blessed New year 🎊 and that you are able to succeed.
