And increase rent. With every raise we get, my rent goes up. It went up 2023 $100.00, and the raise in 2024 my rent increased to $135.00. They may pass it to passify some people but not me. What they should do is bring everyone above poverty level and every year after, bring them up to the new poverty level that charges in the new year every year. They should have done this years ago.

Although Biden is better than the alternative, if he wants to be re-elected he needs to mention increasing Social Security on a regular basis in his speeches so the media will report on it, and be in regular meetings with Congress to insist they get it done! I contacted all 3 of my Congressmen this morning about this and asked that they draft a bill to increase Social Security and also one to issue another stimulus check!
