That box looked a lot better than a lot of other boxes in reviews. Many are thrashed in shipping. So a good start, at least.

at 8:06 thats a Tabbed Anti-Rotation Washer, or torque washer, it acts as a mini torque-arm (safety measure) to prevent the axle from spinning in the drop outs. If the axle is able to spin in the dropouts, its a MAJOR problem!! The motor cable gets ripped, and the wheel could potentially fall out. So it's very important to have the tabbed washers, or a torque arm/plate!! The axle is twisting in the dropouts with a lot of force, it can easily spread dropouts. I've broke 2 forks with a geared hub motor, and one was steel

This is the video I’ve been waiting for. Except for your technical review and thoughts on the components and communication with the Sixthreezero people. I have seen a few of their other models in your garage. How is their responsiveness? How about availability of accessory parts. One of the complaints I have read from early on was their lack of availability of parts and accessories.

I can't really speak from a customer service point of view. All my interaction is with the CEO directly. I haven't needed anything yet so I have not contacted customer service.

There have been much worse. Its really not too bad, just a few extra things over a regular ebike. It did take a hot minute to get the fenders lined up.

Well Richard and BritMarie you convinced us on the Mooncool tk1. We ordered one and if is what we think it is, we will order another. We like your videos but wish we could see Mrs Adventure out more. I have bad knees but I peddle some until I can't and so the throttle is very important. We want to say thanks for the discount code. Oh and say hi to Amanda and Toby.
