20:25 Brother, i get your point. But never generalise people. Whenever you're offended or angry because of some bad incident. It's better to stay quiet after such incidents rather than commenting something out of anger. Because that's when we humans have tendency to generalise people or do whataboutery. Many foreigners also do the same thing for India too when they have any bad experience. So we shouldn't do the same or should not behave like them. Also, doing business doesn't mean doing charity. People do buiseness for their own benefits. So if our people are doing buiseness over there that doesn't mean they are doing any favours to them. It's a mutual thing where both party gets the benefit. Infact people who do buiseness gets more benfit than the employees working for them. So don't say things like that out of anger. You are mature person but sometimes even mature person act out of impulse in these kind of situations. Always remember that poverty leads to uncivilized society too. So it's not about race but it's about circumstances. Poverty leads to crime, corruption, greed, diesease, selfishness and many other bad things. So keep that in mind whenever you visit any poor country. They're the one who also suffered because of colonisation just like us.
