Michael was the absolute best person to play this character Who makes you feel at ease and reassures you with his natural charm. Such a grounding presence and calming air to him. He doesn't feel intrusive but always there to lend an ear, everything you need in your moment of distress And you feel sympathy for him and believe he's a living being while still seeing his little ticks that let you know he's not human Michael is such an astounding actor 🙏

I think Michael Sheen is somewhat “in character” and “in the zone” here. Have you seen his Aro interview with him dressed in Aro costume? He’s different. He’s very velvety and smooth-talking in that one.
