Describe the flavor in detail, more than just 'sensation',… similarities to other fruit, sweetness level, acidity level, aromaticness,...

the fruit is entirely seed, pulp surrounding seed is firm not liquid- like other passion fruit, the flavor is more subtle not acid, very refreshing they are prolific bearers and will climb pine trees when self seeded...

Apparently it doesn't taste like other passionfruit ( P. Eduilis, ligularis) it does taste a litle bit like P. Incarnata but more like a peach with subtle hint of Banana. The juice of P. Molissima could easily be mistaken for a peach juice apparently.

@@vacciniumaugustifolium1420 very interesting! I have some P. mollissima next to P. edulis here in South of France. I got already nice fructifications from edulis, but no flower to see in the mollissima, I can't wait! P. Incarnata is also well developing here. Would you have any tip for get more mollissima flowers? I had to cut it twice this winter, it wanted to invade the all little glasshouse! Thanks!

@@teston2testude aucune idée... Je ne possède malheureusement pas de P. Tarmiana (la vraie molissima) je n'ai qu'une tripartita var mollisima, similaire mais au goût apparament inferieur... Et elle n'a pas encore fleuri. Aussi vu que je vis au Québec avec des hivers à - 35C/-40C, je dois les cultiver en pot donc pas grand conseil à donner non plus de ce coté là...

can't pick anything where I live as they spray everything😨. Used to pick wild blueberries & blackberries/raspberries etc & loved it. I hate the government doing this, I don't see any benefit
