It’s actually very common to pee when you pass out. I’m non diabetic hypoglycemic, so I can have problems with my blood sugar being low but it literally never happens. One day I didn’t eat anything and drank a lot of alcohol (which I found out lowers my sugar), my blood sugar went to 30 (I should’ve died), and while at the hospital I peed my pants and the medical staff had to cut my favorite pants 😩 still miss those pants, I was so embarrassed. But now I know that if I over do the alcohol that can happen, and if I go without eating for a long time.
