In this video I want talk “passing the so what test” and what it means for your goals and the results you’re chasing with your kettlebell workouts.
In direct response marketing there is a concept called, “passing the so what test.”
It’s essentially thinking about how we want our results to serve us.
Often times when we set our fitness goals… we stay surface level. When people join the ACADEMY and shoot me a DM to say, “hello.”
They’ll often include they fitness goals:
✅ “I want to lose weight.”
✅ “I want to press half my body weight.”
✅ “I want to look good naked.”
I’ve heard them all.
My response it, “GREAT! Once you attain that goal, then what? How do you want that result to serve you in your everyday life?”
Their response?
“I never thought about that. No one as ever asked me that question before.”
Why should “passing the so what test” and thinking deeper about your goals matter?
Because it gives you a stronger “why.”
A deeper reason to stay consistent.
And it’s this “deeper reason/why” which becomes your motivation. Keep in you from “starting over on Monday.”
