I'm not even kidding, this is the MOST delicious vegetable lasagna I've ever had, so I'm thrilled to be able to share this recipe with you! And I've decided I've had it with pre-cooking lasagna noodles, they're always breaking and sticking together and it's just generally a pain in my butt! So I did some math and found an easy trick to NEVER have to boil another lasagna noodle again IN MY LIFE, and I'll share that with you too!

When i was younger, i was homeless and the youth shelter would make the regular stouffers lasagna and the veggie one, so veggie lasagna became a "comfort" food. Now that im older and in a much better place, i figured i should learn to make veggie lasagna myself.

This was fun to watch. I suggest instead of throwing the broccoli and spinach stems away, just put them in a pot and simmer them while you’re cooking. Instant veggie broth.

I made this with my boyfriend and we absolutely LOVED it!! We put on spinach, broccoli and some mushrooms and it was amazing! Thank you so much for this recipe 😄😄

Wow, thanks for doing the math for us. I hate cooking lasagna pasta, it's always a mess. This way is much easier. This looks so cheesy and creamy. Love all the veggies in this. More butter equals more better Excellent recipe 👍LIKE #20
