What model is this? This is perfect for what I would want, except I would not need the ADU--lots of windows, which I love. Beautiful home and location--good for Gillian and her family!

@@EkoBuiltPassiveHomes Thanks, Paul, any possibility to keep the 2BRs and 2BAs but a bit less square footage, say 1200 or so sq ft inside instead of 1500? It is just myself and my two dogs, so don't really need a full 1500 sq ft, and it would save on cost, obviously--I could use the 2nd BR as my home office vs. having a dedicated office space location. That is my favorite floor plan of yours
