Talking about official arrangements I am to conduct the meeting - நான் கூட்டத்தை நடத்த உள்ளேன் Our prime minister is to address the nation - நமது பிரதமர் நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு உரையாற்ற உள்ளார் (We cannot order our prime minister to address the nation) 2. To give official instructions You are to conduct the meeting - நீங்கள் கூட்டத்தை நடத்த வேண்டும் We can understand the meaning easily
