Not really. Abortionbirth items were awful, but they were actually clever and funny. Almost every item, no matter how shit it was, had at least something positive about it. Half of the items from this mod simply make the run impossible to complete, kill you or decrease your stats. Nothing fun about that.

Honestly, the worst part of this mod to me is the fact that there are some genuinely good ideas in here that will forever be off-limits because they will now be forever associated with this mod. And Void eye, Could be Really Cool AB+ items with Major Adjusting, ???'s creep could be Much longer for Diagonal movement, tracking your movement, doing Strong creep dmg because of how small it is Void eye could give a Chance to shoot Abyssal rift similar to Anti-Birth, but with the Void portal and Much smaller, the void Can destroy rocks but it has to be Very close to them, But they Very much could be Valid and Semi balanced items!
