If I had to think of a genuine tainted bertran, it would be something like if the had were detached and you control the body with normal moving things, but the head slides around and is immune to damage, making it useful for damaging enemies. You can still damage enemies however, because you’d fire barrages of tears in the direction you aim your “tears” when playing as the body. You also have a pocket item called “Connect” that would reconnect your head and body for one room, with a 3 room charge, effectively being a combination of tainted forgotten and bertran. Idk what else to think of lol

The reason why this boss is in scarred womb is because cacophobia is the fear of being ugly. Scars can be seen as ugly or not very attractive. That's why it's in scarred womb of all places.
