This is definitely different. It works great but I do miss not having a LED indicator on there. I guess that’s the trade off for a passive boost! Let me know what you think. 😎🎸

It's definitely unique and I could see it being useful on my board. It would be nice to have an indicator of some sort though.

That's a pretty cool pedal and you don't have to worry about losing a plug from another one.

More incredible playing from the rhythm King. Thx. Shane. ✨ A must pedal for placement in front of all other pedals. 😮

I think unless you use it as an always-on solution, not having the LED will really be a problem: If you thought you had it on and attempt to turn it off to tame the volume to realize you're 16dB louder.

I'd say the gimmick of skipping the LED because the audio circuit doesnt need a battery or power was not a good idea. Putting an LED in there even though it would obviously then need power to run it would have been the right way to go.

I have the transistor version and wondered if I didn’t want this one instead, but after seeing the circuit I know I wouldn’t need a schematic lol. If I could JUST figure out what type of transformer it’s using… Anybody?!

The lack of some type of on/off indicator makes it essentially useless.

From the gut shot it looks like a basic volume pedal you can make yourself for about $30 Aussie

Neat idea but you will never be WITHOUT power playing an electric guitar. Hence the term, electric.
