You are wrong. As it has been seen by me that documents at POPSKs are sent on daily basis. So this is not the fact behind it. Sometimes under review status is shown for 2 months and at the same time passport is received by a person who applies it from the same place later within 20-30 days. What can be inferred from it?? Please give the proper information that can be helpful for us. And also give proper time to find the actual problem.

Sir mera 31 August appointment hogaya hai..or mera bhi yehi batara hai..or mera police verification abhi nhi hua..hai....

I have submitted the required document as per the process for the fresh issuance of passport for a minor child (aged : 1 year) and took an appointment at POPSK (Head Post office - Prayagraj) on Dec 15 2021 and completed all formalities on the same day. But still didn't receive the passport and the application status says "Under Review at Regional Passport Office". When tried to call at the call center number, the number is invalid. Do they require police verification for a minor child. Kindly suggest..!!

@@mitsumaraishigami1762 But why it is getting delayed.. Recently when asked from the officials of POPSK... they simply replied.. Pls contact customer care.. or reach to Lucknow office.. If the same has to query from Lucknow then better to apply from Lucknow rather POPSK office.. this is my experience till now.. What's the purpose of setting an online portal when there is no proper followup

Sir.. Maine ek customer ka passport ka form bhara tha.. Woh regional passport office gya. Waha se ane k bad police verification karaya.. Uske bad uska passport ruk gya RPO me.. Status check karne k bad pata chala ki police station me case (muqadma) hai.. Phir woh thane (PS) gya.. Usne case fanal kiya.. sulahnama bana.. Uske bad Thane wale bole.. Jao reminder karwa lo.. 10 din me thane me phir se report aa jayegi.. Phir apka passport jaldi aa jayega.. Sir kya aisa bhi hota... Koi reminder ka process hota hai.. Jisse passport applicant ko kahi janana pade.. Aor phir se thane me report aajaye.. Sir pls help
