You are wrong. As it has been seen by me that documents at POPSKs are sent on daily basis. So this is not the fact behind it. Sometimes under review status is shown for 2 months and at the same time passport is received by a person who applies it from the same place later within 20-30 days. What can be inferred from it?? Please give the proper information that can be helpful for us. And also give proper time to find the actual problem.

On 31-12-2021 I and my wife had gone to Passport Sewa Kendra, Malad, Mumbai for reissuance of our passports. Same day I got intimation of initiation of police verification in my case. Within 13-14 days I got my new passport. But in my wife's case right from the beginning it says "Your application is under review". So far no police verification has been done. What do we do ? Should we visit passport office personally ? Or is there any way I can write to them by email ? Please guide me.
