Have you ever seen an airport that is nearly 100% automated? This was our first!

@@PassportTwo Wow guys! Tromsø is Magic! I love every inches of it 😄! It is an enchanted place. Walking in the icy streets, snow falling, is such a beautiful experience to me. I visited museums, crossed the Bridge twice. I went inside the Arctic Cathedral. I Got marvelous pics from the Fjellheisen. Pics with reindeers Etc. I had the opportunity of witnessed the Aurora twice out of Three tours that I booked. all of them unforgettable. Thanks guy for the marvelous work that you do showing us the world beforehand!

Oh lord, watching this whole video was giving me a conniption. I feel so bad saying this. Just an FYI, I live in Tromso intermittently with my fiancee with intentions to move there for good. When you guys said the Airbnb had moved the boat from Tromsoya harbour, I was thinking they had moved it way past Kvaloya or somewhere. Seeing y'all hike across the Tromso Bridge all the way to Tromsdalen had me thinking "Why do you people do this to yourselves?" Our local buses work just fine, kinda. Admittedly, when you use the transit function on Google Maps, the local and regional buses don't appear (thx Troms fylkeskommune...). But still, I love the fact that y'all loved Tromso and I positively encourage you two to return soon! P.S. If you want a good spot for the Northern Lights, go to the far side of Kvaloya, a 30 min drive, or inland to Lyngenfjord, 1.5 to 2-hour drive.

Bearbrawl141 sorry to get you so worked up! Haha, it’s been a while now but if I remember right our struggle was figuring out when the buses were and what route to take. Always on the first day of arrival in a brand new place it is a little daunting figuring it out and when it doesn’t show up on Google Maps or other apps it makes it that much more difficult for outsiders to figure out. We did love Tromso though! We seriously want to go back again soon to check out the lights again. Appreciate the tip on a viewing spot! 😊

Airports are kinda tourist-trap-like because like you said, everything is super expensive. That's how they make a big chunk of their money. People are hungry getting on and off planes, as it turns out. lol Auroras can be rare, and you can't really predict it well, sadly. I remember seeing one some years back, I'm somewhere in the middle of the country, so we don't get them often, and I was in awe. You would have to stay a long time in order to catch one. It's a little bit like finding a shiny Pokemon in the games.

I wouldn't say it's a tourist trap because it's like this everywhere. Norway just be expensive like that.
