I keep my passwords in an app on my phone. So if my phone is broken or lost, I’m screwed. Got one of these to use as emergency back up. You can never be too safe with your passwords.

I bought mine a few years ago and the caps lock and shift key do not work anymore. I kept it in a safe dry place and It doesn’t work anymore. I have no idea why this happened.

Would definitely be a nice feature, unfortunately it doesn't support any type of data transfer for backups. Would definitely be a great idea for a newer model to incorporate that functionality.

Good question, doesn't appear to be a feature. I'm sure the password safe utilizes some type of solid state memory which is much harder to recover. Definitely possible but it would probably require removing the memory and having the necessary equipment and software to try recovering the accounts that were deleted.

So far I have only seen the device shutdown for a few minutes when it is locked. After that time period you should be able to try inputting your password again.

Try changing out the battery, Those things will lock if the password is inputted incorrectly so many times... try waiting an hour before inputting your pin

Erase would do the trick, but it will wipe your data.

Maybe, however it does have a temporary shutoff after 3 incorrect tries if I remember correctly. It will not allow you to power it on for maybe 5-10 mins

Press the red Action button and select edit. You can then edit entries you have created.
