Both heroes and legends die and both get remembered (but not always ofc, and not forever-forever). So stupid when people say things don't die. Of course, they don't mean it literally, but being remembered forever is not the same as not dying, cuz they ARE dead. Similar how people say "it was so funny I died", then how the hell did they make that comment? Wish people would type properly instead of this metaphorically nonsense, etc.

Betty was a shark at "Password." When it looked like she was going to lose here, you can see how much it bothered her. She was still so competitive! @@ttvictor Allen's first wife Margaret was battling cancer when Betty was on the show, Allen kept that private, very few people knew that she was dying and Allen would go to the hospital right after taping,,,,Betty didn't know, in fact it was a few months later when they both were scheduled for musical theatre summer stock work and she asked something about well what does your wife think of that? Allen somberly told her, "i lost my wife a few months ago".....but Betty said he was very sweet about it and explained why he kept it private.....they began dating not too very long after that. But, even Allen admitted years later that he was taken aback by Betty's beauty and her humor and how she played the game of Password the first day he met her. It's an amazing love story and I only wish Allen hadn't left her so soon, they had almost 18 years of married life together.
