Obviously. When I came across this channel I subscribed immediately as the video started. Because I know that such advices are not free, and he could have easily charged money on other website for giving these tips (the police calling your parents was the first video I watched on his channel). Well this is what i am thinking nowadays, how to prove a girl wrong if after having consented sex in a relationship with her being in fully functional and of a clear state of mind(which in itself is debatable, because you can say you feel pressured or just felt like doing it) at that moment, she blames all that shit on me. Nobody is seriously thinking on it, i asked some people about it, forums, real life, looked up some on internet and behold, people saying that false cases are very less. No they are not, they are just hushed.I personally know 3 cases in my village who took nothing as dowry, but were forced to pay so that no case of dowry or domestic violence or rape is pushed onto them.It is like a try-out session where you put no effort but want to get everything from it.Mind you that my female cousin etc are there in women's unit of police and somebody from there was called when she came back to take her things back after running off somewhere. Today came a case of a 13-year old boy being forced to have sex with a fully adult and responsible woman, under the pretext of tution-teaching and not a word from so-called liberals seeking approval of women. Cannot they see that if female rape is rampant then your mother,sister,wife is at risk and these mother's have sons, sisters have brothers, wives have their own husbands, that will commit suicide or leave behind them to suffer just escape the societal hell and judgement if you do not address this issue.What big talks about mens mental health issue? Just put it out that 25 years of non-bailable jail for false cases, thats it and the one who does gets jail for lifetime + intense work for whole lifetime.This should be applied to both genders as there are cases of female rape too, like above, but hushed settlements which were looked down upon with disgust, come into these situation. Common man could be put into jail under any pretext. Please make a series of separate playlist/series for steps that can be taken by men to save themselves.

Even he failed to get anticipatory bail because the Indian laws are heavily skewed towards the women. They burden of proof for consent lies on the accused in these cases, and it is next to impossible to prove consent. Even a written contract may be dismissed on the ground of intimidation or coercion. The better option should be to not have sex at all till they perfect the humanoid sex doll 😂😂😂😂

Before you meet the other person and there's a mutual decision to have sex, send a text message that "I hope we're on the same page about having sex and that this would in no way mean a promise to get married. Do you agree with it?" And then only take things forward. What this does is it takes away two grounds from the other party(generally women) to file a bogus case. But this list is not exhaustive. People need to be creative to be able to stay in the clear.

Its actually not very far fetched. I’m a trans woman but when I wasn’t out actually man groped me when i gave him lift and touched me very inappropriately. I wasn’t able to do anything. @@Ashley-vr4qf In my opinion false allegations are as brutal as true incidents. For false allegations one should not be asked to file separate complaints like defamation cases. There should be same level of punishment for the complainant as it is in cases it turns out to be true. This would definitely prevent such false cases knowing that there is potential punishment for the complainant as well. It's hard to prove anything but in some cases people have gone too far with these.. one of the examples I know of someone is that a woman had filed such sexual assault case against a man. In that she went on to say that the accused has done that thing on a particular day and the luck of that man was he was in different country on that particular day and he could easily prove that through his travel docs.

It's somewhere around that If I correctly remember. Remember for every falsely accused there are like a 1000 Rapists running free in our country. And being found guilty of false accusations is even harder. But you know what's more common ? Being proven not guilty if you did rape. If they did that...so many more victims will not come forward. It'll completely deteriorate the victims that come out. Do you really want women to be not able to speak up? When there's already so many factors stopping them? I think a defamation case makes sense. Because falsely accused can prove the intent of false accusations if there is and get reimbursed accordingly

Love your videos keep up the good work. I have learnt soo much about what I can do if I ever come across a problematic situation in life. Would you also make a video on what we can do when the police catch us when we break traffic rules. Recently a friend of mine jumped a traffic signal and a traffic cop caught him. He later asked my friend for a bribe which he refused to give him and asked him to issue an online challan. However the traffic cop took this on his ego and created multiple challans of negligent driving arguing with a police officer and lot more. When I heard about this I was shocked to know that my friend had to pay a fine of over 3000 rupees for a signal jumping.Please make a video on what we can do to avoid this incase we are stuck in a similar situation.

I am accused of a false rape case.. in fact, it’s just not me My 66 year old father and my younger brother are accused too, me and my family suffering from last 5 years. I really don’t know how to explain, I don’t hate women. because women like Marilyn York, Cassie Jaye, Deepika Narayan Bharadwaj, my mother and many other women, are there and supporting men. Not all Men are bad.. Not all women are bad.. Not all rape case’s are true. When you go through a bad marriage or a divorce, when will you realise that A Child need both the parents.. you can’t use them to settle ur scores or win an argument by shielding the child. I am the most unlucky person on this planet earth. Facing both 498 A and 376. Have no reason to live. Am scarred for life. Law should be really tight and should not allow women to use these sections to settle scores, grudge or anger. No rapist should go unpunished. No innocent men should get punished. Women who file false rape case should not walk scot free. Strict laws may help. I was in jail for 3.5 months. I have lost everything in life. I have no idea how what to do now, I am scared and scarred for life.

I can understand and feel you. But Complaining regarding law won't do anything. What's your lawyer been doing all this time? Hire a really smart government or private lawyer. He'd make things fine and heal them rathe than getting worse. and the good thing is that you've evidences too. Have strength . Fight it and keep telling other your stories. Even if men are given the status of not guilty. Girls will hardly suffer any setback. I'm too fed up with the way our system and court works especially the magistrate one. We gotta be more knowledgeable in order to carry out process smoothly which many in India are not. Why can't we file a case on the girl under 211 or something here and there that one has tried destroy their public image falsely.

What can my lawyer do about the delay on charge sheet, when police finally file the charge the lock down happened, this girl somehow managed to delay all proceedings. Now they are trying the cancel my bail and put me in jail again. She won’t attend the trial, she missed the first date and I am 200% sure she won’t come for many months. Without her the trial will not start. Her only aim is to uproot me and my family. I am literally on streets now.

Generally, students prefer DU or IIT-KGP Law School to complete LLB of 3 years duration. However, IIT provides specialization in Intellectual Property Law, which is by far, one of the best curriculum in India. Several colleges which offer 3 year LLB courses for graduates. Can u make videos on more day to day harassment by police and how we can defend ourselves. How can v avoid paying unnecessary bribes to the police as we are exploited for not knowing the law. I have a case from around 2006. A family dispute happened in my house. The details will be too much to write but in this family dispute the police broke into my house and it seems the person who had come with the police stole my mobile phone. Now when I went to the police to file a complaint, I felt as though I am coming to the police station to give them a bribe and not register a complaint. I had to file a complaint as the rule at that time was that if u dont show the FIR to the mobile operator, u will not be issued a duplicate SIM card . This case was such a minor one and could have been very easily solved and i could have got my phone had the police done something. But they don’t see into such trivial complaints. But imagine someone breaking into my house and then taking my phone in the middle of a family dispute. This was an incident which completely broke my trust in the police. They are really vile and corrupt and even if they re working under inhumane conditions and they themselves have lots of hardships, I do not sympathize with them. I have another incident but maybe some other time.
