I did it first time. In between I think I was unconscious for sometime but after that what I saw that I was a village boy age around 12-13 yrs wearing white dhooti and black jacket. Than I went into a hut where my mother was waiting for me. She shown her anger and gave some food for eating. At last I saw I was lying in a bed. May be that was my last time but nobody around me.Alone. That's it. In the whole process I found my both hands were paining.but yes it was a mind refreshing activity. Thanks prateek i had undergo my 5 past experiences and felt one common thing that the garden and staires whixh you mentioned, remains the same.... Matlab jo garden and stairs aapne mention kiye hain, wo imagine karne pe same hi rehte hai har baar mere imagination mei.... I saw canal with stone walls, old yellow/off-white stairs with water damange and a river and a tree, i was standing facing the river and tree was behind me and a woman with purple kashta saree was filling water in a handa i.e a big vessel and i saw the face of that woman.. i have never seen her in my life.. atleast this life. She had dark complexion and brown eyes. I was skeptical when i started this meditation but it truely surprised me. Thanks :)

I did it second time,now little bit clear before that I practice it sometimes with another mode of meditations ,I was Rukmini in my past Life the time was about before and after the war of Mahabharat where I usually wrote him letter on palm leaf with red colour Kalam either it was made up of wood or something else I eloped with lord Krishna from Amka-Jhamka temple and after that I saw death time of shree Dwarkadhish , before that I saw bright and fancy white colour gate , after that bluish-black colour gate first I saw myself wearing lots of gold jewellery, white colour clothes dhoti like saree and open hair , after that I saw myself wearing red colour saree with lots of gold jewellery.After Black gate entrance there was mud-rock surface after that hail was seen ,then cloudy and icy place heaven like place flower wooshes were growing in ice itself. Then I saw a baby wearing gold jewels and ornaments and goldish yellow colour dhoti ,my present life younger friend was my daughter in past life she wore blue colour saree with gold jewels tiara .When the time of my husband's death comes I hide my all expressions ,I was fully aware in palace he is no more.

I felt relaxed. I saw the garden like I'm in a theater but as I stepped in the scene was completely different it was more realistic as if I'm already there. I saw male shoes when u said to checked the hands and legs. I was sitting on bench somewhere in the dark along with the silhouette of a man. It was completely dark but still I could see that and I was completely comfortable. The moment u said if there is any memory or lesson u want to bring it trust me i got the word calmness. Consciously subconsciously I don't know but I could feel the word within myself and for a while my heart was pounding fast. 🤨I don't know what was it but yeah this is my experience
