I experienced some jerks in my body and a brief tranquility. But I found visualizing quite hard..It was not happening naturally and was kinda forced. I wasn't able to have that experience which I sought. Nonetheless, your voice helps to calm the mind. Would really appreciate if you could advise me what should I do to ease the process of meditation.

Thank you for listening. There can be three main reasons for that to happen. First is, at times, this kind of process may bring up hidden issues. This can happen when someone is not in full integrity, at that point in time due to any reason. And the second reason may be, that there is something in you which is resisting you from having that experience. And the third reason is that this is not the right time for you. There is a divine timing for everything. So just be patient. So whatever the reason, all you have to do is work on yourself and your current life issues. You can even use my other videos to help you with this process. And then, when you feel ready, come back to this video and try again. You can even take help from someone locally if you feel the need. Take care.

Although, I'm quite comfortable with English as well, but listening to the guide in your native language helps in better establishing the connection needed for the regression process. I found ....I am lying on bed aged ..My children are around me ....Last words were love and care and to serve good to all ...Take care like wise ....

Hello mam. I do not know how this visualisation happened when I took this session. Before starting it, I asked my god to let me know about my love. Is this the same person with whom I am with and help me to know the story because I realised it through so many ways. It helped me, I was the girl who fell in love with the another caste boy and people had seperated us and this led to the death of both the person. I even cried during the meditation . I do not know why, I felt that instant feeling that yes this was something that i want to know. God has directed both of us share this love in this beautiful life❤❤💞💓😍. At first I couldn't continue as per your instruction, I was not able to see my feet or anything else. Then suddenly I visualised some old age Saint and then I saw some Shiva temple's long tomb. Repeatedly I was focusing at that sadhu who was old and having beard, long hair with bun at top of the head. While it's dying situation it was in great bhakti of lord Shiva and was experiencing death. It was hard for me to get back from this all. A big temple, a sadhu and mountains. I realised as I was not here in my room.

I was a young princess walking through the corridors of a huge beautiful mehel in the beginning when i saw my face i got goosebumps she was very pretty similar looking to me but very refined and beautiful walking with elegance in a golden and while simple lengha with a matha tika, simple jewelry and a small red bindi with a little fear, she was in her parents mehel her age seemed 15-16, she descended from the 3rd floor which was a garden like place with a nice view still going through corridor then lead onto 2nd floor corridor through steps while walking she was paying attention to the 1st floor listening to a subha by all the royals she had a little fear inside still slowing walking, the 2nd floor on which she was walking had a big hole or opening in it in the middle which allowed her to see and hear the royal sabha and it was just walkways from all side on which she walking ready to to down in the open for fresh air also it smelled like some ppl were cooking don't know where......As for the most happy moment in my life i was sitting on a bed in my very early 20s all dressed up but yet simply talking with someone deeply smiling and chuckling perhaps with my husband i guess then slowly walking towards him and then standing in front of him looking deeply in his eyes him doing the same while caressing my head/face and me holding his suit very loosely whilehe was constantlysaying something, the room had a painting infront of the bed and art pieces below it, also weirdly there was paint and brushes beside the other side of the bed seems i like i used to like painting and balcony ahead, we both were about to head somewhere important i guess....As for my death i died pretty early in my late 30s not so young and a little less pretty on the bed with some illness or loneliness i guess there was mirror in front on me and a few ppl beside me mostly women......while i was looking back at my life in my last minutes it all seemed neutral happiness and sadness but thinking positively upon it and what i would like to take from it is- living a subtle life with elegance and kindess, i wanted to help ppl but couldn't in big way but at least then in the small way i did, i was independent, strong yet soft and fulfilled in my own way, also i was loving without having great expectations taking in every ray of light and was surrounding by many nice loving people. I don't think this is real but imagination taking me to places...how i wanted things to be combined with my reality and feelings/beliefs....but hypnosis isn't useless it isn't used to see beyond us but an opportunity to look deep within us....we can learn a lot abt ourself and things to change or improve within us my observing our unconscious state ever detail says something abt us and our life i believe in a weird way.

It is calming. I almost slept. But it has got nothing to do with past life. Its making you visualise your desired life. Its your mind showing you visuals. I saw myself in my late 20s. Excellent, satisfying and happy and very different experience. however to speak the truth, I don't think I went to a different birth but definitely I was transformed to a time more than 30 years ago to a very different places but could see lot of happy memories of playing in snow laughing and running around and could hear a mountain river gurgling and at some stage I thought I was bathing in pure white waters of the mountain river. that was a high point. I went to a very beautiful and exotic place that could have been Romania or Persia. I saw myself as a beautiful woman in those flowing embroidered robes. Towards my old age I had developed vitiligo and was surrounded by my loved ones. It was incredible, I saw pathways, cattle stands, a market and a very ornate black building. I was married or had a handsome partner who supported me but towards the end I saw the face of a beautiful woman in a red costume and head dress looking at me ironically or mockingly! Overall it was a great experience. Om.

Amazing experience, I just wanted to be there for few more minutes. I saw myself a complete different person from now. I was a joyful girl, I saw myself dieing at the age of 22 in someone's lap, holding my right cheek in his hand, I felt the warmth. I took happiness from that life. Hope I will be able to continue that happiness in this life.

Thank you for listening. There can be three main reasons for that to happen. First is, it can happen when someone is not in full integrity, at that point in time due to any reason. And the second reason may be, that there is something in you which is resisting you from having that experience. And the third reason is that this is not the right time for you. There is a divine timing for everything. So just be patient. So whatever the reason, all you have to do is work on yourself and your current life issues. You can even use my other videos to help you with this process. And then, when you feel ready, come back to this video and try again. You can even take help from someone locally if you feel the need. Mujhe zyada kuch nahi dikha but.. ek jungle dikha aur fir ek male figure dikha jisne mein foreigner jaise kapde pehne huye the jaise purane samay mein log pehna karte the aur usne badi si hat bhi pehni hai main uska face nahi dekh payi blur si parchayi dikhi.. and woh bich sadak mein khada tha.. shayad woh koi foreign land tha.. sadak jo thi woh patthar ki thi.. agal bagal mein bahut saare ghar bhi the.. idk maine kisko dekha.. but iss session ke baad mujhe acha feel ho raha hai thank you❤️

I have seen 6 clips of last janam.just say mujhe mere purv Janam me Jana hai n sleep straight then dnt get up.do this 3, 4, days .1,2min ka clip dikhta hai.ese jaise koi video chal raha tumhare samne .i was so happy to see my mom dad Jo ye Janam me bhi mere mom dad the.n my daughter .my 2 husband's in diff Janam my houses.nice experience
