She moved back home to our gym (CrossFit High Gear) and it’s like your hometown team getting a saavy veteran who immediately elevates everyone else in the room. When she’s in the gym, everyone works harder. Her husband Wes is pretty chill as well. Great couple and great ambassadors for the CF community!

As an ICU/ED nurse, I loved this! Hearing Amanda describe the difference between hospital and outpatient settings had me smiling. By the time she dropped the PRN acronym I was ecstatic. Always a fan, but it’s nice to get this deeper dive into her past and it’s neat to see someone you root for is also a provider. And no doubt, she’s definitely got a niche career in PT post competition working with athletes if she wants it.
