after evolving into a demon lord rimuru is not as powerful as milim. *SPOILERS!!* During the fight with milim while in the walpurgis meeting, He couldn't even defeat her but rather he had to dodge every single attack from milim even with infinite regeneration he himself said that if he uses to much mana he will die so he stopped. This is where the calling of veldora comes in. Veldora was teleported to the walpurgis meeting and fought milim hand to hand. Therefore rimuru is still weak. But he will get more stronger later on.

He even said that he if he uses infinite regeneration he would use to much mana, that's an indication that he is still weak compared to milim. Even tho milim would have still been able to dodge the attack, she could even prob break out from the attack. That's another reason why he sent veldora to attack her, since they are basically family. Although rimuru gets stronger and stronger and becomes a god after, but that's later stuff.

First of all he did not telepprt veldora the sub skill summon storm dragon does not telepprt him but rather a part of the other subskill restore storm dragon which gives veldora another vessel to posses making the other vessel turn into dust but restoring veldora back to full energy and health. Second of all Rimuru's demonlord seed just sprout about 5-10 days before goinh to the walpurgis normally demonlords need a year a decade or even more than acentury in order to make it grow to its full growth some skill Rimuru got it Growth Spurt in less than half a year this growth leaded into him being the most powerful demonlord known and it is also as powerful as a True Dragon
