Well I'm going to be honest with you if he really did teach them the double dragon fist apparently I don't know what kind of effect that would have on their body because since Austin is one of the most powerful heroes in the multiverse then guess what it doesn't have a strain on his body now they were to learn it something could go terribly wrong
