Let's go back to the bomb with a typical Italian dish. A quick and easy recipe with capers, olives and dried tomatoes. I didn't add the anchovies, but it's still a scary greedy dish!

Spaghetti alla puttanesca are an exquisite and simple first course typical of Neapolitan cuisine, known as “aulive e chiapparielle” that is olives and capers.
We in Lazio also add anchovy fillets.
It is easy, fast and improvised pasta and, for this reason, it takes its name from “puttanesca” (from puttanata, or simple). Today I have chosen to revisit this dish, I have not used peeled tomatoes or anchovies, so that even vegans can fully enjoy it. In its simplicity, it is creamy, enveloping and flavorful. In one word: VERY GOOD!

00:00 Introduction to the recipe for white Pasta alla Puttanesca
00:20 Ingredients
00:45 Cut the red onion very thin and put it to stew in a pan with plenty of oil, two cloves of garlic and the parsley stalks
02:30 Slice some dry bread, rub it with garlic, season with oil and bruschettatelo
03:36 Raise the parsley stalks and the garlic, add a little cooking water, the desalted capers, the leccino and green olives
04:39 Drop today's pasta: Fettucce n. 8 of the Liguori Pasta di Gragnano PGI pasta factory
05:20 Prepare the chopped parsley and dried tomatoes
07:16 Raise the pasta al dente and finish cooking it in the sauce, adding the cream of garlic, the chilli pepper into small pieces and the cooking water from time to time
08:40 Add the chopped parsley and dried tomatoes
09:04 Cut the bruschetta into small pieces
09:28 Serve the pasta alla puttanesca in white and garnish with the crispy bread
