😯Oh dear heavens Italian Food Boss. Pancetta bacon is so expensive that my local store does not carry it. I have to go far away to buy it but with your recipe its worth it😋

Yes, this could be a problem. I mean..... if you want to be a bit more frugal then you could use bacon instead, which typically is cheaper, but it won't taste the same. My approach is always to do things well, even if that means I may do them less frequently. 😅

I have been cooking this for about 15 years with creme fraiche and mushrooms as well
