Pasta Fagioli Recipe | Teresa Giudice

Hi everyone! I'm back with another request recipe. Peopl always ask how to make Pasta Fagioli so I'm cooking it with Gia. This is such an authentic Italian recipe that everyone always asks for and loves making. It's such an amazing dish that people think it's hard to make but it's actually so quick and easy.

2 large celery ribs
2 cans Roman beans
Chicken broth
1 cup Homemade Sauce
3 large carrots
Red pepper flakes
Your favorite pasta
Salt

So this was my first time using the chopper. I got the same brand. Not impressed. I have a cordless electric chopper that works way better and I ended up using. Carrots were way too hard using hand chopper. And it was super loud. I love how much joy it brings her though!❤

The first time I heard about this dish was actually on Mob Wives, and Karen Gravano actually made it for her daughter Karina but they never showed a clip of what it looked like after she finished making it 😂😂😂😂 so now I’m finally seeing what a variation of it looks like. It looks so delicious 😋

Just made this. I can't explain to you how good the sauce is. Next time, I will leave the beans out. Not for me. I used Farfalle (bow tie). Sooooo damn good. I was shocked at the flavor. This is my 3rd recipe I have tried. I made the Sunday Sauce and Chicken Parmesean recently.

I make it this way too. If someone were vegan, they would use water instead of chicken broth. I learned that from my sister. She’s a vegetarian and said she wouldn’t eat it if I used chicken broth. I believe she uses water instead.
