Bharat Ji, I cook Pasta (the ones available off the shelf) in the normal style as depicted in your this video, but I do use oil... and the trick is to use it TWICE once when I am doing it Al Dante, and then when you put it into a colander to cool it, I add some oil then also and stir it a little bit so that oil gets into pasta but the excess is drained... and sir I had such an amazing pasta, separated from each other and no strands cut because of sticking with each other. Hope this tip helps to all enthusiastic cook.
