There is a debate whether Mayonnaise is really a mother sauce or not and some consider Hollandaise to be a mother sauce (famous on eggs benedicts) with its most common derivative being the Bearnaise. But more importantly, alfredo is not a derivative of bechamel. Alfredo is an italian sauce made with heavy cream and cheese and occasionally garlic but it doesn't have roux (the butter+all purpose flour mix at the beginning). Becahmel is characterised by roux.
