This pasta and salad are gorgeous. I normally cook a roast on Sunday occasionally a home made lasagne and in cold weather a tasty beef or lamb casserole in a slow cooker with root vegs, garlic, fresh herbs etc. 😋

Even though I had just finished eating dinner when I watched this, you had me drooling! Especially that salad!! I will definitely look for the Kerrygold Cashel Blue as I am a fan of blue cheese, and a fan of Kerrygold butter and Reserve Aged Cheddar cheese. Do you know what kind of pears you had? They were pretty small, which makes me wonder if they were Seckel pears? Might work with Bosc pear also. Hmmm… things to add to my shopping list!

Looks delicious as always. Yes, I love these videos. I tend to cook the same things on Sunday. Switch between meatloaf then chicken wings or cube steak. Sometimes ribs. I really love pasta, but I would eat all of it.....thanks for sharing.
