@To Be Honest if you get practiced at it you can make fresh pasta quite fast, although nothing beats box pasta in terms of speed

I'm Italian and I run pasta classes. Sorry to say that this dough looks greenish and way too much flour on it. Also, garganelli are smaller and have to be rolled around a stick on a wooden board. Farfalle also are not pinched the way she shows in the video, the noodle us way thick. I suggest maybe to watch Pasta Grannies to learn authentic pasta!
