hi Tammy, your recipes bring tears of joy to my eyes and a squeeze to my arteries. I have a question, when I pasta salad it all seems fine at room temp, the dressing is smooth and creamy, but after I take it from fridge the dressing becomes thickcaroni saladsticking to pasta but not in an appetizing way, so I'll some water & stir, but I never get a pasta/macaroni salad with a deli style dressing....any advice? Thanks (love your channel).

I don't think there is anything you can do to keep the dressing from thickening when refrigerated. All I can suggest is make a bit more dressing than normal so that it looks like a bit too much and pools a little in the bottom of the bowl. You should just have to give it a stir the next day to loosen it up. You could also make some extra dressing on the side to pour on it to "freshen" it up the next day.
