I know I'm late, but maybe someone still can answer. Am I to understand that Andy was using only the fiber paste on the hook and no pellets/groundbait in the feeder itself.. Just chucking it empty?

He was filling the feeder with groundbait I presume, you can see him filling the feeder with something.

I found this one a bit confusing too in terms of switching between methods and baits and paste and fibre past and pole paste. Meh, its all a bit of sales but don't think I took anything from this vid I would use on the bank...
