Pastel Polymer Clay Earring Tutorial

Hey Everyone!
I will be showing you a technique for making pastel polymer clay earrings. This is similar to the watercolor technique, but there is one LESS step! I'm using Premo clay and various brands of pastel colored paint, but you can use any colors you'd like!

Very nice, very pretty and far nicer than watercolour clay. I prefer it on a white background. I love the colours you used. The purple colour you used with those stunning blues were gorgeous together. Thanks for a great video. God bless you Ruth. 😀

Love this! Is the translucent layer of clay necessary? Just wondering...I know the painted surface should be sealed with something. Thanks for sharing!

It isn’t necessary, but the look will definitely be different. I tried a different slab without it and the paint looked a little flakey instead of smooth. It still looked cool though!
