Thanks for the video! Doesn't your pieces get sticky from the resin? I love the finish of adding uv resin but they just get so sticky!

Hello you are great I like your creations 💕Do you know if we can bake polymer clay in nail lamp?I start to make polymer clay earrings but I don't have to much experience yet I use the oven but it's not to much practical Thank you!
@FernMitchHandmade3 жыл бұрын
Thank you 🥰 I haven’t heard of any clay that you are able to bake in the uv lamp. If you are just practicing, I believe there is a clay that is microwaveable. Polymer clay needs to be cured in the oven at the given temperature in order to be strong.

Very beautiful. I hate sanding. I will only use 600 and 1200. What type of hole driller do you use?

Same! I dislike that the most. I use a small cordless rotary tool. I have listed in the bio 😊

Hi, this may be a silly question do you have to put some type of vernish/finish or resin on your jewelry pieces?
@FernMitchHandmade3 жыл бұрын
That’s is absolutely not a silly question. It depends on what techniques you use. If it’s just solely clay, you don’t have to. But if you use something like gold leaf, paint or mica powder it’s better to seal it or else over time it might rub off. 😊

Does it matter that your alcohol is 50% ? I'm struggling to find any that isn't 70% (not surprised given the current situation ha) but would that still be ok to use?
@FernMitchHandmade3 жыл бұрын
Not at all!! I think any % would work. It will be a breeze if you have 70% 😊

when using the resin did the pieces bend at all after curing?
@FernMitchHandmade3 жыл бұрын
Resin will go on hard. Please do not try to bend your creations other than to test if it has cured properly.
