Can you use IPA to do this with regular nail polish?

I suspect not; I think it would react very differently, but I've never tried, so worth giving it a go on a pop! Maybe if your base colour is completely dry 🤔 The technique where you add colours and then use a detail brush to marble is probably best for regular polish.
