Obviously the 102 dislikes are those who had the unfortunate bad luck of being born with no soul or the ability to appreciate something that is truly special and unique in many ways. That's too bad. Keep trying. Someday you may feel that spark and ignite your dead souls.

To whatever entity or force that brought this across my path, I thank you. The beauty, message, and power in it's perfect simplicity moved me to tears. The timing is also flawless for a year that has been so difficult for so many with an uncertain and arduous road ahead. It reminds me that we are all made from the "stuff of stars" and share this commonality across all of humanity and life on this planet. And if we can see or at least attempt to look beyond the shells of our minds and spirits we will all surely bear witness to a common thread and improve the "content of our character" and relate to each other with love and respect as an entire species of humans. Thank you Gaelynn. 🕊

@@Time_Line_Archive_Project You sound not only cynical but resentful of this woman's talents. We are given our bodies and what we're able to do with them depends on one's place in history, the technology available and of course, one's ability to make a life of one's own. You would benefit from watching Gaelynn Lea's presentation in a TEDx talk where she speaks to how she made her way into music and song writing. That you work a 9-5 job, such as I do, rests on our own choices which are made of social conditioning, our own self-limiting thinking and the families we grew-up in. You are as special as this woman; one need not be in the limelight to be special. Be present to yourself and to your life and you will see your own gifts. By the way. Gaelynn learned to "play instruments and all the shit woooooo" the way anyone learns to play an instrument: she practiced. You can , too. Go for it!

The way God speaks to us is incredible. How beautiful is his beauty, his purity. This woman is all that God is. Unintelligible in her truth, immense in her love for all her children. Beyond appreciating the precious melody, beyond applauding it, I cry for it, because the beautiful and perfect makes me cry. Thanks for this gift. 😍🌹

Glad to find her and be touched enough to want to leave a comment.

I haven't heard a song that beautiful since I was a child, literally sitting on the front porch with my paternal grandparents. My Paw Paw would play his Gibson guitar and my lovely Maw Maw would sing and teach my self and the other grandchildren to sing along. What an enchanting and beautiful person this lady is. I subscribed and I am looking at more, wonderful piece.
