I just turned 89 & one of my all time favorites was Otis Redding. I first heard him in 1964 just before I got out of the Army. I moved to Phoenix on 10 Nov 67 - Otis was killed one month later on 10 Dec 67.

I found out I have a one year old daughter I'd not been told about and am currently being denied a relationship with her. I found this band in this time and this music is soothing my pain. I believe when Jesus opens my door of opportunity that this will become mine and my daughters song. I really hope that this message finds it's way to the song writer. I'm also a singer and musician with studio equipment with my first album yet unwritten and ahead of me as soon as I can truly connect with myself and what I have to say and how I want to say it. I want the writer of this song to know that they are touching lives and real and deep situations and helping people. And to the singer, I truly love the way God has anointed your voice and soul to sing the way you do. It's truly special.
