The story of Susanna is a companion story to the book of Daniel. In Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches, it is included as chapter 13th of Daniel. Protestants, however, consider the story apocryphal as it does not appear in any Hebrew texts. Pastor Jennings use a lot of apocryphal books. The book of Daniel in the KJV has 12 chapters. The Catholics added the 13th chapter and Pastor Jennings is preaching from it.
