It looks very similar to the national famous dances of Mexico, even the yelling part and its sang in Spanish.

The Pastores Talisay dance, originating from Camarines Norte, reflects a blend of influences from Spain, Mexico, and other cultures. It is deeply rooted in the history, community, and religion of the Bicolano people. The dance incorporates elements such as sapatiados, vueltas, harabe, and cambios from Mexican traditions, particularly evident in various pastores versions in the Bicol region. A church-turned museum in Teposoplan, Mexico, visited by Ramon Obusan in the 80s, attests to the early Mexican export of pastores, preserved in Philippine towns. Pastores Talisay is a vibrant representation enriched with Chinese pobladas, star lanterns, papier-mâché horses, and colorful buntings.
