If you don’t squeeze the ketchup bottle by the front and back, but by squeezing the sides of the bottle, you’ll have incredibly better precision with the ketchup. It’ll start pouring itself out very consistently and evenly once you start releasing the squeeze. It releases a little bit of air into the bottle, which will in turn make the ketchup be able to pour out by gravity instead of by using strictly pressure because using only pressure can make it squeeze out too fast and inconsistently because there’s no air in the bottle to make it flow properly.

Trick I’ve learn growing up: One egg, tablespoon of water or milk, and a pinch of salt. Will make one egg feel like enough for a sandwich. Hope that helps you. I just eyeball water. Makes them fluffy and yummy.

Broth works too if you like it more savoury. I also like to pour the eggs in the pan, stir it gently to make small clumps of cooked eggs and stop when you only have enough liquid left to keep the omelette intact, and then fold. This makes eggs more fluffy and kinda buff up its size too

I love that slaw they make with oil and salt and pepper. I hate calling it "slaw" but it's a technical term. I also enjoy avocados on a separate sandwich. Eggs are awesome. Eggs get either Pico Pica or Cholula hot sauce. Pastrami demands spicy brown mustard and many pickles. Have never put the two together, but hot sauce on the egg side and mustard on the meat seems logical.
