Pastry Cup 2022 Extended Version

An April 2022 collaboration with Humber College students from the Pastry and Baking Arts Management Program and 2nd year students from the Broadcast Television/ Videography Program. 10 amazing competitors, and an amazing live broadcast crew of 16. The live broadcast was over 3 hours so this video has been trimmed down for time, but is taken directly from the live broadcast, wth no post-production treatment added.
This extended version highlights some of the amazing live camera work of the 9 BRTV camera operators, and the truck crew.
The Pastry students were led by Chef Kenneth Ku and the Broadcast students were led by Professor Craig Lapsley.

how wonderful to see the up and coming talent entering the culinary world. Will be interesting to see where they are in 5 years and I bet they are doing wonderful. All are very talented. Enjoyed watching this so much.
